Kimberly Rekart and Bradley Frey

Vickie and Thomas Rekart, of Ellicott City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Rekart, to Bradley Frey, son of Frances and Robert Frey, of Athens, Ohio.

The bride-to-be has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in computer information systems and finance from Bryant University. She is a consultant with Accenture Consulting.

The future groom received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management information systems from Ohio University. He is a consultant with SAP Public Services.

A September wedding is planned.

Kristen Cascella and Christopher D. Bowen

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cascella, of Forest Hill, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Cascella, to Christopher Daniel Bowen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bowen, of Glenwood.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Fallston High School and a 2005 graduate of Towson University, where she received a bachelor's degree in physical education. She is currently pursuing a master's degree and is a teacher in the Harford County Public School System.

The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Glenelg High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received a bachelor's degree in journalism. He is presently employed as an account manager at Aerotek Inc., in Hanover.

A summer 2009 wedding is planned.
