The Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks is offering a Retirement Planning Workshop at Ellicott Mills Middle School Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Instructor Roger Desai is a certified financial educator who has 15 years of experience as a Registered Adviser in the financial services industry and is a long-time adjunct faculty member at several local colleges.
