Howard County's Department of Planning and Zoning has announced the release of its Green Neighboorhood Guidance Document for Sites, in support of Howard County's innovative Green Neighborhood Program. The program is a pilot program under County Executive Kenneth Ulman's "Live Green Howard County" initiative that strives to make the county a model green community.

Catonsville resident Dr. Christopher Parsons, DDS is now an associate dentist in the Ellicott City office of the dental practice of Stephen H. Becker, DDS. Parsons is a graduate of the Maryland Dental School and the Robert H. Smith School of Business, Executive Masters of Business Administration program.
