Leadership Howard County -- Currently accepting applications for Leadership Essentials 2009, a new program that targets young professionals who work or live in Howard County. This program is a six-month course (January 2009-June 2009) designed for emerging leaders who are viewed in their respective organizations as "rising stars" and have expressed a personal desire to get involved in community service.
