Leadership Essentials -- Leadership Howard County is accepting applications for Leadership Essentials 2009, a new program that targets young professionals who work or live in Howard County. This leadership development program is a six-month course (January - June 2009 ) designed for emerging leaders who are viewed in their respective organizations as "rising stars" and who have expressed a personal desire to get involved in community service.
