Kimberly Ann and Brandon Christopher Connor, of Clarksville, announce the birth of their son, Andersen Ronald Connor, on Sept. 16 at 1:14 p.m. He weighed 6 pounds. His grandparents are Mitzi and Ronald Weinstein, of Ellicott City, and Sharon Connor, of Reisterstown.
