Howard County police arrested a Baltimore man Aug. 3 and charged him in the Aug. 1 stabbing of a 44-year-old woman and her 17-year-old daughter in North Laurel.
Officers charged Raymond Samuel Watson, 53, with attempted murder in the incident, according to police.
Officers responded at 10:15 p.m., Aug. 1 to a residence in the 9400 block of Loch Leven Court, in North Laurel to find a woman and a girl suffering from multiple stab wounds, police said.
Both were flown to The University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where they were treated and released, according to police. The woman and the girl are mother and daughter, police said.
