The public forum, called "What Counts," is intended as a way for school officials to gauge the community's priorities, board member Patricia Gordon said.
A similar open forum, run by the Maryland Association of Boards of Education, was held in Howard County in November 2005. This fall's forum will be focused on the system's operating budget.
"Last time, we had a great mix," Gordon said. "We were really surprised at the number of people who came out and shared their ideas with us."
"What counts" it is good to say about the things that happening in the education industries ,it is nice to heard that many of the pupils where get ideas and things more by What counts like the Gordon said.
