Thank you, Joel Broida, for your persistence and dedication to justice for Howard County citizens in the land-use process, and thank you, Patuxent Publishing, for editorializing in support of Mr. Broida's right to have standing in the Plaza tower case.

Living adjacent to the subject property, Mr. Broida clearly deserves the chance to put forth the facts in his allegation that the county government illegally gave approval for the Plaza tower to be built.

The Maryland Court of Special Appeals decision stating that he has that right benefits all of us residents of Howard County.
