Route 40, 10100 block, 4:16 a.m. Sept. 16. Front glass door at High's smashed. Cigarettes stolen.

Rolling Meadows, 4500 block, 9:43 a.m. Sept. 13. Silver 2003 Acura 3.2 TL stolen.

Crescent Road, 4000 block, between Sept. 9 and 2:44 p.m. Sept. 11. Garage broken into. Snow blower stolen.

Columbia 100 Parkway, 8800 block, 5:30 a.m. Sept. 10. Construction worker interrupted a man trying to break into law office. Man had attempted to break the door glass and had pried the door frame.

Rugby Court, 9700 block, 4:50 a.m. Sept. 11. Residential alarm activated. Homeowner came downstairs to investigate and noticed his rear floodlight was on and a rear window screen had been popped out. No entry made.
