A Lanham-based satellite ground system company is moving its headquarters to a 131,451-square-foot building in the Columbia Gateway Business Park.
Integral Systems Inc., which builds systems that track satellites and analyze their information, plans to move 250 of its employees into the new five-story office building on Columbia Gateway Drive at the corner of Route 175 and I-95. The move is scheduled for next February, according to an Integral news release.
The new facility will give the company 46,000 additional square feet of office space for its employees near local amenities such as retail outlets and restaurants, according to the release.
Integral plans to sign a long-term lease with Columbia-based Corporate Office Properties Trust to use the building.
Founded in 1982, Integral has become a leading provider of satellite ground systems. The company has supported more than 205 different satellite missions for communications, science, meteorological and earth resources applications, the Web site indicated.
