Your July 24 article and editorial on the power outages in Allview Estates did not mention the fact that a cluster of about 10 houses on Cape Ann Drive in Columbia are "daisy chained" to Atholton's electrical grid. For years, we have suffered outages, despite the fact that our electrical lines are underground.

It's very frustrating to look up and down the street and see that the other houses on Cape Ann Drive have had their electricity returned while we sit in the dark.
