First, we've added more ways to help you find your favorite sections of the paper by including an index on the front page and an expanded table of contents on Page 3.
You'll also notice that the format of the newspaper is slightly smaller, though the change will still allow us to offer the kinds of information that you've come to depend on from the Times.
Finally, you'll continue to see a stronger connection between the newspaper and the Internet. Already, reporters and photographers are updating stories on a daily basis on our ExploreHoward.com Web site. And over the next few weeks, we'll be adding other online features, such as blogs from our popular community columnists.
These are just some of the changes we have in store both online and in print over the next couple of months. When we launch new features, we'll be sure to let you know. And you should let us know if there are things that you'd like to see either on the Web or in print.
